Dignity and Respect AlwaysPhotographs shot by us respect the dignity and ensure the safety and well-being of the person or people being portrayed. The photographs we take are to promote our work artistically and with no intent to harm, discredit or malign, in any manner, the person or people being portrayed. Consent RequiredWhile working with our subject(s) or model(s), we ensure to clearly indicate why we are doing the shoot and how we plan to use the photographs. All works we do, be it in the Studio10 or outside are on consensual basis with the subject(s), models or the sponsors. We require the models we work with, to give a written consent by signing a model release at the end of the shoot and indicating the type of shoot they participated in. When shooting children and babies, we require the consent of either of their parent(s) and the parent(s) will have to provide the written consent by signing the model release form. |

Safety is Paramount
We define a safe workplace as a place free from physical harm, verbal or sexual abuse or environmentally dangerous. When working with hazardous components (E.g. fire as part of the shoot), we ensure sufficient communication on the nature of the work being proposed and undertaken is shared up front and safety equipment and support is available / on standby. At no point will we endanger the person or people we are working with or ourselves in the course of the shoot.
Accurate Depiction
When shooting street, reportage, nature, etc. we strive to portray accurately and comprehensively while being compassionate to the people around. We will ensure we don’t portray vulnerable sections of the society, children or other elements that may cause harm directly or indirectly.
Keep it Clean
When working in nature, we will strive not to interfere with nature. We will leave behind no garbage or waste but footprints while bringing back only photographs.
Privacy Maintained
When requested, we will maintain the privacy of the person or people that we shoot.
